Know before you go

• Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. • All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own. Attachments such as tag-a-longs and trailers are not permitted for the safety of the group.
• Dress comfortably for the weather. Tours run rain or shine.
• For eBikes, riders must be at least 14 years old
• No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present.
