Free walking tours in Antalya

I would recommend this walking tour of the old Town of Antalya with Onder. Onder was friendly, entertaining, knowledgeable and engaging about the history of this old town. He explained very well the history of the towers by the clock tower where we met, the ancient harbour, the old Ottoman house now a museum is definitely worth another visit for the experience of a home of this type. The tour allowed us free time at intervals, it was good to visit the inside of the mosque and learn about its old foundations. Onder, is a great guide with a love and passion for his city. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour with Onder was amazing! He's an incredibly kind and charismatic person, has a wealth of knowledge about the history of the area, and it's a real pleasure to learn so much while walking through Antalya's Old Town!

Mehmet was friendly, knowledgeable and engaged with our small group. He provided historical information and highlighted archaeological features that I would otherwise have missed.

Very nice tour. Recomended. Not tired even for children and interesting for sure. Guide has many things to tell and nice places to show. Enjoy!

Mehmet was very knowledgeable and engaging. We had walked around the old town the day before and never thought to look up. Mehmet showed us everything we had missed and explained the varied history of the old town and Antalya. A very good way to spend 90 minutes of your holiday.

I would highly recommend this tour. Onder spoke excellent English, and was funny and engaging throughout. He was generous with his time and information, and we found the two-page recommendations document he sent us particularly helpful.

Onder was an excellent guide. We had spent time in the Old Town prior to the walk but didn’t really have a good understanding of what the significance of the Old Town entailed until we did this tour. He had a very clear style to communicate and it was a small group so really easy to chat and ask questions. Thanks Onder for the memorable experience in Antalya!

We really enjoyed our tour with Hakun. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and the route he took included all main points of interest. He also included helpful information on good places to eat, what beaches are the best, how to spot tourist traps etc. I would recommend his tour as a great starting point to a holiday in Antalya.

Brilliant tour! Entertaining and informative.

We had a great tour. Onder has a very personalised approach and it was a very small group, so it felt like we were having a private guide through the Kaleici!

The meeting place was very easy to find, and the guide was right at the clock tower. There were only three people on the tour, which made for a nice experience. Onder combined important historical information with insights into Turkish life and helpful tips about Antalya. His English was excellent, and the tour provided a very comprehensive overview of the old town area. I enjoyed the tour very much. I would have liked to have had the time to join Onder on his other tours of the ruins outside of the city so do check him out about that.
