Bürgerkrieg Free Walking Tours in Atlanta

Phil did a great job providing information regarding the history of Atlanta and demonstrated knowledge of Centennial Park and the areas and landmarks around there. I enjoyed the stories and suggestions he gave of places to visit and things to do around Atlanta.

Phil’s tour is a must-do if you’re in Atlanta! Learning about the history of Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights Movement in one of its most important locations was a fantastic experience. Phil was very informative and engaging, explaining everything clearly while adding fun moments along the way. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Atlanta, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Excellent tour. Phil was extremely knowledgeable about civil rights, MLK, and Atlanta history. Although we thought we would be on time, heavy traffic caused us to be late. He waited for our arrival and started the tour. Everyone should take this tour!

Atlanta Bürgerrechts-Geschichtstour

This is a very worthwhile tour. My husband and I have lived here for 25 years and never toured this part of town. It’s very informational. It’s very emotional and it’s full of history that we all should see and hear. If you’re visiting the United States or are from another state visiting Atlanta, do take this tour. Phil, our guide, does a great job.

Had a great time on the Atlanta history civil rights tour with Phil today. He presented a very relaxed, informative and interesting tour. He was happy to receive questions and gave lots of facts in a way that made the tour fun. This tour does very much focus on the Olympics, which was great, but there is alsojust enough information that isn't linked to it for it to not become overwhelming.

The Atlanta civil rights tour was informative and fun; Phil provided valuable context--history of Atlanta, other events in the civil rights movement--for what we were seeing. And he was entertaining as well.
