Ana is extremely well-versed about Estoril’s and Cascais’ history and made it come alive for us. She provided an in depth look into all the espionage and counter espionage that occurred during the World Wars and how Ian Flemings’ work evolved into the James Bond series. I thought her insights were totally captivating and she took us to spots important to the presentation, including the beautiful Palace Hotel. I highly recommend her tour. You should know that it involves a walk from Estoril to Cascais, but you can take the train if you’re not up to it.

Beatriz y Pedro

Ana Gabriela is an excellent guide! She knows the history of Estoril and Cascais and is passionate about transmitting it. The tour was well designed and, although 3 hours may seem long, we didn’t realise the time passed. It was pleasant and entertaining and we learned a lot! We discovered we had many common things with Ana Gabriela, as we are a family with 3 languages/nationalities that travels a lot. She has lived in many countries and she was flexible enough to change the language of the tour from English to French. We enjoyed the tour very much and strongly recommend it! Muito obrigada, Ana Gabriela!

My tour with Ana was absolutely amazing. She is very professional, engaging, friendly and very knowledgeable. What touched me the most about Ana is that, when I explained to her before starting the tour that my budget for the donation is very little and she said, that is no problem I will still conduct the tour for you and she made it such a wonderful experience. I will never forget how kind and understanding she is.

Ana was great and really knew her thing around Estoril and it's history. This tour focuses heavily on stories of espionage and spycraft. And secondly the development of Estoril as a national resort. Prepare for many steps as this is a real walking tour.
