AWFUL!!! Vittoria offers various tours and we booked 5 different. However we haven't met her any time. Vittoria cancelled only one from them and we have been notified properly. The rest four times we arrived at meeting points (once at 8:00 in the morning!) and were waiting for the guide but NOBODY came. We even called Vittoria but she refused the call. It broke our plans 4 times during our short vacation in Rome. When other guides cancelled their tours, they sent us notification at least few hours before tour. Vittoria ignores the rulles of GuruWalk and doesn't respect travellers. If you don't want to waist time waiting for unscrupulous guide on different meeting points of Rome, DON'T BOOK Vittoria's tours. Choose other guides - they are perfect, professional and respectful.
