Jon was very professional and very nice guide. He knows a lot and he's happy to share his knowledge. All details and moments of September 11 were interesting. I learned a lot about Financial District and September 11 memorial.
Mary was a fantastic tour guide—she shared lots of fun facts and kept us laughing throughout the tour. It was a really interesting experience, and I especially loved the Grand Central Library part, it was my favorite section. She pointed out details I definitely would have missed on my own, like the statues and their meanings.
