Hi Tina, I’m really sorry I wasn’t able to meet you for the walk. This was the first time I’ve ever had to miss one, and I feel bad for the inconvenience it caused. Lately, I’ve had a number of no-shows without any communication, which has been tough as I plan my time and travel to the meeting point. To manage this, I had updated my tour notes to request a quick confirmation at least 2 hours before the walk, but unfortunately, I just realized the update didn’t save properly on the app. That’s why I wasn’t there this time. I’ll be fixing this right away to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thanks for your understanding, and I hope we get the chance someday to walk and explore the nature side of Ottawa!
