Nebo is a young Serbian with an eagerness to share his love for the city. As (possibly) a person sympathetic to Yugoslavian era, he can certainly give the feeling of this period. Nebo is a charming very knowledgeable guide. He is both warm & engaging.
I loved the 2.5 hours I spent with him his tour is first class.
