In Serbia we have tradition of giving nicknames. One of my favorite is Nebo. That means sky. And sky is the limit! Or there are no borders? ;)
Nebo is a young Serbian with an eagerness to share his love for the city. As (possibly) a person sympathetic to Yugoslavian era, he can certainly give the feeling of this period. If you are alike, do not hesitate to discuss on related matters and probably you are going to have a really interesting conversation along with seeing the monuments of the era. Добро вече, брате.
