Ricardo provided an excellent walking tour of Lisbon. The tour was well organized, provided excellent local knowledge, historical significance, cultural awareness, and offered interesting tips. The tour was well paced, with breaks, and he was well spoken and articulate. Ricardo planned the excursion and kept us moving to ensure we achieved our schedule. Well done!
I was hesitant to book this tour because I am not in the best shape and was worried about all the hills we would need to climb to reach each viewpoint. But I made it to every single one, and they were absolutely worth it. Each viewpoint offered a unique perspective of the city, the river, and the surrounding landscape, and I genuinely could not choose a favorite. Ricardo curated the route beautifully, including the stops between viewpoints. The pace was comfortable and allowed the group to ask plenty of questions, which he answered with thoughtful and informed explanations. Ricardo is witty, smart, and very knowledgeable about Lisbon and Portugal’s history as well as current events. He even went the extra mile after the tour by helping me catch the tram and the correct Metro line back to my hotel. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Lisbon.
