I reached an hour before the tour start time to confirm if there is a tour happening. No answer. I get to the meeting point and see no tour guide. I reach out a second time and they finally respond with no tour today bc 5 participants didn't book.
Wasted my time getting to the meeting point. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time, book with another tour guide.

You had enough time to choose another tour, but you went to the tour without our confirmation and now you are calling us non professional.
