Hi Alice The guide was very sick that day. You were informed in the morning of the tour that the tour is cancelled. She was sick, in bed, couldn't talk. We wrote to you in the morning of the tour and informed you and apologized to you. And now you wrote a 2* review? There were others on that day too. They wished her to recover soon and some of them are on the tour today, as she is ok to do the tour slowly. She got sick that morning. How do you predict sickness? How could we tell you a day or 2 before?! We didn't do a last minute cancellation. You had enough time to choose any other tour on guruwalk. Hope you reestimate the situation and cancel the review.
