Serrar never showed up, couldn’t be contacted and didn’t leave any info.

On the day of the tour, I was at the scheduled meeting point at the designated time. After you contacted me via whatsapp and informed that you will be late for about 15 minutes, The other guests attending the same tour had a confirmed flight departing later that day. Due to the tight schedule required for them to make their flight, and after waiting as long as reasonably possible for you, the group urgently requested and insisted that the tour begin immediately. Faced with the prospect of these guests missing their flight if we delayed further, I made the difficult decision to proceed with the tour as requested by the present group. Your experience matters deeply to us, and we’re committed to improving our communication protocols to prevent this in the future.

Serrar was very keen last night and sent whatsapp messages confirming the time and meeting point. I found another person to join the tour with me but Serrar didnt turn up. He didn't respond to messages or answer my phone call. Such a shame as I could have chosen another tour had he told me. It was my first and only free day in Casablanca

A very knowledgeable, friendly and patient guide. The trip started late, because of us, and ended late because he had more to show us. He never seemed rushed and made sure we had a good dinner and waited to escort us home in a cab. He has also shown his willingness to help us plan the rest of our trip. Highly recommended.

The person who showed up was not Serrar; and it was disapointing. The guide's English was not good enough to be understood or to answer my questions. He walked really fast, sometimes 50 m in front of me - which was weird because it was just the two of us. I did not enjoy the visit; he mostly ignored me, did not make stops to the main interest points. At the end, he insisted many times that I write a good review even if I told him I was not happy with the visit. And he asked for more money.

I was at meeting point 15 mins early and no one was there. It said meetings at entrance. When I finally got in contact with the guide 30 mins later he said he was there but in the lobby, that was not what was agreed. He offered to do the tour at the that point fair enough but I had already made my way back to my hotel. Very disappointing
