Me and two other participants gathered exactly at the meeting point. We waited for about 30 minutes and the guru (tour guide) did not show up. I did not received any notification of cancelation or something. This is not fair.
Our guide was very informative. I am not religious and I knew we were heading to the Mosque etc. Would have been nice to also hear about other aspects of Morocco such as the people of Morocco, the rainfall, the economy. etc. Suggestion... prior to walking to the Mosque, we walked through a shopping centre. Would suggest a quick bathroom and cool drink stop as it is very hot in the sun. We were happy with the tour and Sennar was very professional.
Great guy, Serrar gave us a lot of his time even if we were only 2. Great experience. I don’t think we would have like Casablanca that much if it wasn’t for Serrar that made us appreciate it
Serrar was very keen last night and sent whatsapp messages confirming the time and meeting point. I found another person to join the tour with me but Serrar didnt turn up. He didn't respond to messages or answer my phone call. Such a shame as I could have chosen another tour had he told me. It was my first and only free day in Casablanca
A very knowledgeable, friendly and patient guide. The trip started late, because of us, and ended late because he had more to show us. He never seemed rushed and made sure we had a good dinner and waited to escort us home in a cab. He has also shown his willingness to help us plan the rest of our trip. Highly recommended.
