Hello Alena, As I explained in my message I had to cancel the tour due to illness. I always try to give the best possible service but today I was really not well enough to do that. I gave good notice of this cancellation with a sincere apology for any inconvenience this may cause. I hoped that by contacting you early in the morning you would be able to make alternative arrangements for your afternoon.
