Die Edinburgh Street Historians sind eine Gruppe von Reiseleitern mit einer echten und bleibenden Verbindung zu unserer Heimatstadt. Die meisten von uns sind Einheimische, unser Gründer wurde in der Stadt geboren und hat einen Geburtsort, der von der Tour aus sichtbar ist. Alle anderen sind seit mindestens drei Jahren als Reiseleiter tätig. So stellen wir sicher, dass wir die talentiertesten und erfahrensten Reiseleiter für free walking touren sind, um höchste Qualität und echtes Engagement zu gewährleisten.
I was a little concerned at the very start and we only had 2 people. I recognised immediatley that the intimacy of a 3 person group would be difficult for any person, and may be nerve wracking! Fraser (i hope that is his name) was wonderful. I loved the humor, he spoke fast but the lilt of his accent and general mirth appeased any loss of information. He spoke about Edinburgh's unknown stories with classic Scottish deferential arrogance, candidly, and with humour. This is a multi versed poem with wit and city-based-nationalism. I loved the discusdions about famous women ftom Edinburgh, and, as an Australian loved the opinionated delinquancy toward the English. The couple of references to LGBTQ helped flesh out this proud Edinburghians hometown discourse, adding candour to more traditional veiws. The only downside was the other guest who seemed reasonably silent and disinterested at best. Im a 42 year old australian male from Melbourne. I loved it to the tune of £50

Great tour! Fraser was knowledgeable, gave us great tidbits about Edinburgh and its characters throughout history and we had a good laugh with his jokes. 100% recommend!
