Wonderful tour

Tour über die Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Heights und Dumbo

Had a fantastic time on this tour with Jon. Communication before was excellent and he made it easy to find him and join the tour. Bathroom and coffee/snack stops were well timed and there was a back up plan in case something went wrong! He’s clearly very well read, knowledgeable and passionate about his topic and we learned loads about architecture, history and some common conspiracy theories. A highlight was standing in a fire house with the crew working an around us while a senior firefighter told us about his colleagues who were involved in 911 (and didn’t make it). All were proud to tell their stories. Jon was brilliant taking photos, and the results were better than I could have taken. Highly highly recommended!

We LOVED our Brooklyn tour! Our tour Mike Manshup was so knowledgeable, personable, funny, had entertaining stories, awesome ohoto opp spots, and great recommendations for food (Julianna's for pizza lunch). He was one of the best your guides we've ever had!

Jon is awesome and is the perfect example of why I always support local tour companies wherever I go. This tour was informative, funny, serious, relaxed, and engaging from start to finish. There wasn’t a single building in the Manhattan and Brooklyn skylines that he didn’t know the name of, how many stories it was, when it was built, who built it, etc. But along with all of the knowledge were the funny quips and anecdotes to keep it lively and fun. The content of the tour was top tier and we visited places & were introduced to small details that we never would have been able to research on our own. A small monument here and a plaque on the wall there add up to such great things when they are woven together by a master guide. We’ll definitely be taking more tours with City Shuffles if we come back to New York.
