Si tuviera que describir la experiencia con el tour de Persian Walk, cuya conexión la tomé a través de Guru Walk, seria con la palabra: Increíble. A pesar de que los medios de comunicación y gobiernos occidentales insisten en la peligrosidad de visitar Irán, especialmente por la situación de guerra actual, la cultura persa me ha atraído siempre tanto, que hice caso omiso de las "recomendaciones de no ir". Una de las mejores decisiones de mi vida. Soy un viajero que ha ido durante 25 años viajando por todos los continentes y a más de 50 paises. Y puedo decir con orgullo, que Irán es el número 1 en hospitalidad. No sólo es un pais muy muy muy seguro. Absolutamente en ningún momento te ves en peligro. Para mí, hasta el momento es el pais donde más simpática, buena, abierta, y ayudadora es la gente. No tengo suficientes palabras de agradecimiento para todas las personas que he encontrado en el país. Un pais cuyo mayor tesoro es la gente, la cercanía de ellos. En ningún momento se siente un pais en guerra. Tienen además una cultura asombrosa, antigua, llena de simbolismos, de bellas palabras para su filosofía de vida, y muy muy respetuosa con los extranjeros, que desafortunadamente somos pocos. Quiero insistir específicamente que es seguro para todos. Hombres y mujeres. Jóvenes y ancianos. Recomiendo venir sólo o acompañado. No importa. Es absolutamente seguro para todas las mujeres. Es importante este último dato que doy. Las mujeres en Irán no van reprimidas por la calle, ni excesivamente tapadas (como los medios de comunicación occidentales a veces exponen). Y el trato con ellas es exactamente igual que con las mujeres occidentales. No existe ni un sólo iraní que no te ofrezca por la calle la mejor ayuda y desinteresada. Son en mi opinión, la gente más amable que he conocido a traves de los 5 continentes. Dicho todo esto, quiero hacer mencion especial a Farya, la guía del tour. Es una absoluta profesional, con un conocimiento de su entorno, cultura, tradiciones, gastronomía excelente. Gracias a ella mi recuerdo en Teherán va a ser imborrable en mi corazón. Es una experiencia que repetiría 100 veces. Ella no sólo hizo que mi tour fuera el mejor que he hecho en mi vida, sino que se preocupó de que todo mi estancia fuera la mejor posible, ayudándome en absolutamente todo. Incluso pude entrar en el país gracias a su aportación, ya que olvidé rellenar unos formularios de visa on arrival, y ella hablando con los agente de aduana, logró que yo entrara en el pais. Es un ejemplo de la calidez humana que hay en Iran. Con ella llegué a conocer lo más profundo de su cultura, su gastronomía, su literatura, y la forma de vivir y pensar de los iraníes y su antiguo imperio persa. Tour absolutamente obligatorio para cualquier persona que tenga la fortuna de querer ir a Teherán. Venid a Irán! Un pais lleno de gente maravillosa, que no tiene culpa de los conflictos internacionales y deseosa de conocer y hacer amistad con los extranjeros. Alireza is a very nice guy. He gave me a quick glimpse of Tehran and many tips to avoid tourist traps. These are important since online tourist information about Iran may be outdated or inaccurate. If you looking for personalized and small group walking tour experience, Alireza is definitely a choice! The only problem is he walking a bit too fast🤣.

El tour es increíble, por lo útil que es conocer los sitios más importantes de la ciudad pero principalmente porque conoces a unos guías increíbles, amables y amorosos como ah sido mi caso con Farya.
Hemos hecho un tour perfecto. Nuestra guía nos ha dirigido hacia lugares que no conocíamos y nos a explicado cada sitio muy bien. A pesar de la lluvia el tour ha sido muy bueno. Explicaciones claras, amabilidad y cercanía. Volveríamos a repetir con ella. Un saludo.

He hecho el tour con Farya y hemos recorrido muchos lugares, es muy amable y atenta, además ha tenido la amabilidad de hacer las explicaciones en Español. No solo eso, si no que me ha ayudado con algunos problemas cotidianos como billetes de autobus, tren y la compra de una tarjeta sim. Una experiencia enriquecedora 100% recomendable. Y en cuanto al país, es un lugar seguro, nada que ver con las noticias occidentales.

Feya is an incredibly proffesional tour guide, who can apparantly tell a story about anything at any place in Tehran. She is just like a box with never ending stories, which seems to be small from outside, but big from inside. My Iranian friend, who is also from Tehran and lived here for more that a quater of a century, went with me on the tour and although she thought, that she would know everything, she actually wondered, how much she could learn that day. Moreover, besides the historical sites of Tehran, Feya also showed us the secret shops near the bazar area and introduced us to the most famous tea master of the bazar, who's family started their business more than 100 years ago. Even though I usually take a tour in every city, which I visit for the first time, Feya is one of the best tour guides I have known.
Very informative tour. Ehsan was very kind and has good knowledge about his country. We had fun as well during the tour. The best way to discover the Grand bazaar of Tahran.

Alireza is a very nice, friendly person. He took us to the hidden parts of Grand Bazaar which is very difficult to find even as a local. He even helped us with shopping tips and recommendation of local restaurants. Alireza was so devoted to give a good tour that he spent more time with us than scheduled.
Eshan is the best tour guide in Teheran. We went to the bazaar, drank tea. Toured Arabic and Jewish quarters, among other things. He gave us extra time for going to change money and went to Argo Farctory Museum bar for non alcohol beer. He is a very friendly and open person with so much knowledge about his country and the world! We really enjoyed his company and really recommend this tour.
Alireza was an amazing guide ! He really changed my stay and vision of Téhéran ! As a solo traveler I didn't really know how to begin the visit of this huge city so I booked a tour with Alireza. He was very patient because I get lost trying to find a SIM card in the bazar and I was late to his appointment. Alireza is a very calm person, very interesting, very respectfull. I know nothing about history but as he explains very clearly and put his heart on it, he easily shared with me his passion of Iranian culture ! I was the only tourist for this tour, Alireza adapted his visit to my wishes, we had very interesting talks about many subjects, I am so impressed by him and his life. You will really gain to know him ! :) I wish he could have more tourists in the future... Wish you all the best Alireza, I will not forget you !

We had a tour in Tehran with Alireza, and we really enjoyed it. Alireza speaks English very good and knows many things about the city. We were only 2 on tour, so it was like private one. Alireza showed us many interesting places in Tehran and told us a lot about them and about life here. Also he helped us to communicate with locals at Bazaar and the post office. It was really nice to meet you, Alireza! Wish you a lot of tourists to show them Tehran.
We had an amazing tour with Ehsan! He showed us a lot of hidden places that we would have never found by our selfes and introduced us to a lot of nice people! Also the historical facts were very intresting and he has a very deep knowledge about iranian history and culture! He introduced so many things to us that we feel like we have to stay in Teheran a lot longer! He was also very helpful with somen practical tipps such as using the metro or getting a sim card. I have done a lot of walking tours but this one has been my favourite. Thank you so much! Julia and Anne
