Roopak is a wonderful Guru - he provided an excellent experience for me, a female solo traveller. Roopak was incredibly informative on all components of Indian culture and history and explained several elements of Hindu religion in his home. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to further their understanding of Indian culture and experience a true home in Delhi.

They are going to cook a delicious meal with you (including dessert and tea), show their home and much more. They also give recommendations for your travel plans and help you, if you get problems. The tour of Old Delhi was easily one of the best things we did during our time in India. Jerry was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It felt like we really explored a unique side to Delhi - not just Chandni Chowk generally but the little backstreets, food stalls and bazaars where locals live and work. It's excellent value given how many places you get to see, try one or two snacks/chai and take a tuk tuk ride. Although it would be fine to explore Old Delhi yourself, having someone who knows the area, its history, culture and streets is invaluable. Also, I felt Jerry went above and beyond by helping us on the metro and getting us back to our hotel afterwards! Would highly recommend both him and this tour to anyone visiting Delhi to see a new side to the city and get your bearings

5 stars for first day in Delhi Jerry and his tour of Old Delhi was an amazing experience. Jerry was courteous to everyone, professional, and knowledgeable. He weaved us through areas we would not have done by ourselves. Trip ended with a delicious Chai at a local establishment. Everything ran smoothly and we didn't feel as overwhelmed as a lot of people say you do the first time you visit Delhi. We highly recommend this guide and tour and would definitely book with Jerry again.

Absolutely fantastic! I had such a great time--the hospitality was top-notch, the food was delicious, the flat was beautifully decorated, and the experience was both interesting and entertaining. Due to its location, it is the perfect thing to do upon arrival or departure to the city. It was the best thing that I did during my trip to Delhi!

This experience is beyond praise. Our evening covered everything from culture, food, daily life of an Indian family, religion and history. The night was a celebration of life shared with cultural similarities and differences over a home made meal. What more can you ask for. Roopak, and Nadii, are so generous with time, energy and sharing.

A fantastic introduction to India, or as for me, conclusion to India! Roopak and Nidhi show you their house, learn you to cook and introduce you to the Indian way of living, like no one else does. Please do this tour and experience it for yourself!

Jerry gave us a great tour of old Delhi with a lot of information but without the information overload that I had on walking tours in other cities. The route was a great mixture of Indian history, architecture, lifestyle and food. 10/10!

Amazing experience! Roopak and Nidhi were so kind and put a lot of effort into making this experience the best it can be! We learned lots about India and Hinduism and even got a tour of their home. We learned how to cook several dishes and made masala tea! The food was delicious! If you are looking for an authentic experience away from the tourist spots I would highly recommend!
