Marianne was a fabulous guide. She was very knowledgeable & safety conscious giving us a short briefing of how to stay safe in Cape Town. She gave us some great facts about the history of Cape Town & took us to some really interesting places. She is well known in the area & we spoke with a lovely man who lived through Apartheid in S/A & he told us his life story briefly! Very interesting guy & very friendly. If you want the best guide in town for Bo-Kaap… Marianne is your guide !! Excellent 10/10

I loved the tour so much! It was perfect mix of great stops, awsome stories, and reflection on different historical regimes, like colonization and Apartheid, that Cape Town went through. Marianne was so kind and caring, it was such a great afternoon.

Marianne's tour was our last activity before going to the airport and we wish it had been the first one. She gave us lots of interesting information, insights and advise on the dos and donts of spending a few days in Cape Town. Would definitely recommend! :)

A very enjoyable and knowledgeable tour. I would have preferred to see more of the V and A but to be honest we led Michael astray with our political questions! 😅 Over a great tour.
