Giorgi's tour way truly the best walking tour we've ever been on. He is so knowledgeable about his city and country, about world history and how this fits in, about politics, religion, architecture!! We found ourselves asking so many questions and having incredibly thoughtful conversations and learning so much. Giorgi was friendly and kind and sharp - just the perfect tour guide! He also left us with great recommendations for the city, and an appreciation for the warmth and hospitality of Georgian people. If you are lucky enough to be able to book a spot on Giorgi's tour, don't miss the opportunity!!
Giorgi's tour is so entertaining and fun. You don't stop too long at one place listening to just theguide blabbing off history like it's a boring lesson. Giorgi brings his tour to life and makes it a point to connect with the participants in his group in a really sincere manner, which we appreciate and love the connection. We came during the low tourist season so our group was nice and small so Giorgi was able to answer all the questions we had. Highly recommend! It will be the best way to spend your afternoon in Georgia.
This was an excellent tour, saw lots of interesting stuff, learned a lot of history, and got a great overall view of Tbilisi and Georgia (this was our first time in the country). I strongly recommend our guide! He was amusing but incredibly well versed in the history of the city and the country as well as current issues. A great welcome to the country.
Giorgi was a fantastic guide for the day! My partner and I were here in off-season so the tour ended up just being us and the guide. Giorgi was super knowledgable about the history of Georgia and Tbilisi, always surprising us with stories and facts as we strolled around the city. He's very passionate about history and geopolitics and that definitely shines through when he speaks. 100% would recommend this tour, thanks Giorgi!
