We had a really great time during this tour. Fayoziddin was really knowledgeable and very patiently explained to us the historical and cultural aspects of Samarkand. We really liked the way he told us the stories and the various historical versions of the events that have happened in the past. He very patiently answered all our questions about the sites - ranging from architecture, history, culture and geography. We would highly recommend a tour with him in case you are looking for a cultural immersion in Samarkand

We had a wonderful walking tour in Samarkand with Fayoziddin. He is extremely knowledgeable, thoroughly well-read, and explained the history and significance of each of the five sites we visited in great detail. He is also very friendly and funny, which made the tour relaxed and enjoyable. The walk was well paced, he gave us plenty of time at every stop to ask questions and click photos without feeling rushed. His storytelling and explanations truly brought Samarkand’s rich past to life. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an insightful, engaging, and enjoyable walking tour of Samarkand.
