We loved the tour Jan has given us. It was very fun, entertaining and informative. Although we were in Japan for 1.5 weeks already, we felt we learned a lot. Jan is a very charismatic guide. He was very kind and patient with us. We also appreciated his willingness to show us the leas touristic Takayama gems. Overall we had a great time. Thank you, Jan!
Definitely worth it of you are in Takayama! You'll get to understand more unknown aspects of the town and Jan will provide very interesting insights of someone who is not japanese but has spent enough time in the country to understand their culture and society.
