We had an amazing free walking tour in Chengdu with Shiraz. He took us to a local food market where we got to try new and authentic Chinese delicacies, which was a great cultural experience. The highlight was definitely celebrating my birthday with a Hotpot, Shiraz helped us choose the food, navigate the menu despite the language barrier, and even assisted us in picking a cake, which made everything so special. It was such a fun, unique, and memorable tour.

We really enjoyed this tour! Our guide told us a lot of interesting things about China, religion, habits and (obviously) Chengdu's food. We had a beatiful afternoon!! We really suggest this tour that is out of the "ordinary" tourist itinerary ✨
Haoqi asked a colleague to manage the tour and She was a great, it was like being in between a guided tour and visiting a city with a local friend. She made me discover a Taoist temple, a local market and she thought me how to play a traditional card game. Further info about the local culture and mentality have been given according to the questions I asked.
