The tour was supposed to start at 14:30. We arrived at exactly 2:30 PM at the meeting point. We then messaged them via WhatsApp and GuruWalk. We didn’t hear back within 10 minutes so we decided to leave. They finally contacted us back within 16 minutes of the tour starting, which was at 2:46 PM saying that they were 10 minutes away. That would’ve made their arrival time closer to 3 PM then 230. That’s pretty unprofessional. We also contacted them at 12 PM that day just to confirm if the tour was going to continue Since we saw that the weather conditions weren’t the best. They confirmed two hours prior to the tour. There was no communication via GuruWalk or WhatsApp. For this reason we left after not being notified for over 15 minutes. For the future, they should be on top of it when it comes to bookings or at least contacting someone that they will be running late to give them a heads up.
Great way to cycle through the city into the countryside to srr the way of lofe of locals. Bery fun guide very entertaining yet informative
i had the pleasure of having a 1-to-1 session with sanh, and he was extremely attentive and patient with me! i learnt so much about hoi an and also had a great time cruising the road. thank you!
I was the only person on the tour but the dedication and enthusiasm of Kun was unmatched. Such a talented young lady- it may just become Kun’d travel company one day! I admire how she tries to understand you. It is like chatting to your younger sister! Ask for Kun-take it from this South African and we are very fussy when it comes to our English!
