Emmanuel es mi nombre y nací y crecí en James Town British Accra. Llevo casi trece años ejerciendo como Guía Turístico profesional y sigo ejerciendo como guía profesional. What a fantastic your significantly better than I expected. Emmanuel made James town come alive in ways I didn’t expect. We talked through how the community works, its chief system, it’s sacred places, it’s boxing traditions, it’s unique food, it’s history and roots, and even voodoo. This was skillful weaved into a very interactive and engaging walk. Well explained, great information, even allowing us to interact with the community. I’ve done many city tours around the world, this one was unique in walking away with a much deeper understanding of the cultural and community. A great day out highly recommended!
If you are in Accra, do not miss this tour! Emmanuel is incredibly knowledgeable and connected into the community of Jamestown and communicates with clarity and enthusiasm.
I absolutely loved my walk with Emmanuel. (Grateful that it went ahead, given that I was the only participant!) We spent over 3 hours navigating the markets, back streets and historical monuments of Jamestown/Odododiodio, and I saw parts of Accra that I would never have experienced by exploring solo. Emmanuel shared so much historical and contemporary information, answered all of my questions and even taught me a bit of Ga language. It was a privilege to see Accra through his eyes and a pleasure to spend time in his company. Highly recommended.
