¡Hola! Me llamo Michel. Soy un agente de viajes francés jubilado y he tenido la suerte de visitar muchos lugares maravillosos por todo el mundo. En mi época, la idea de un free tour no existía, así que este concepto me pareció muy interesante. Lo he probado en Nueva York, Venecia y Liubliana, ¡y vaya si los tours fueron absolutamente increíbles! Vivo en una ciudad encantadora a solo 10 minutos en tren de la Gare du Nord de París. Un billete de ida desde París cuesta solo 2,50 €, metro incluido. Mi ciudad es bastante única: es la única cerca de París con un lago, baños termales, un casino y un hipódromo. Su arquitectura es una hermosa mezcla de estilos Art Déco y Art Nouveau. La ciudad también es famosa por Mistinguett, Amélie Poulain y Henri Moreels, un arquitecto visionario que dejó una huella imborrable en la ciudad. Decidí crear este tour para compartir mi maravillosa ciudad natal: un verdadero soplo de aire fresco a las afueras de París. Tuve la oportunidad de vivir un año en Estados Unidos y seis meses en Australia, así que hablo inglés con fluidez. El español es otro don, gracias a mi esposa peruana. Me apasiona la historia y me encanta conocer gente de todo el mundo. Ayudar a los visitantes a descubrir mi querida ciudad, la cultura francesa y el arte de vivir aquí: ese es mi verdadero lema.
We had a great tour with Michele. I like to seek out small, informative and off the beaten track tours and this was perfect! Michele was full of interesting facts and Enghein Des Bains is a delightful town, full of character and charm
Excellent tour. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot, not only about Enghien les Bains, but also about France and the French culture. Michel is a passionate of history, who likes sharing his knowledge. He explains the context surrounding the items observed making the tour very interesting and easy to follow. He speaks Spanish and English fluently!!
Excellent tour—highly recommended. Michel is a native of Enghien-les-Bains so he knows much of history personally. Warm and entertaining. Detailed knowledge of the art-deco architecture, but happy to answer questions on any subject. Very pretty town with a lovely large lake. Gave us a great suggestion for lunch afterwards. Less than 20 minutes from the Gare du Nord.
