My name is Michel, I am a retired travel agent and I'd the chance to visit many places. In my time, there was no such thing as a free tour and I found this concept very interesting. We tested it in New York, Venice, and Ljubljana and the tours were amazing. I live in a really nice city really close to Paris, 10 minutes by train from Gare du Nord. Price ticket from Paris is 4.1 € one way including thé métro part inside Paris. My city is the only one, hoffering a lake, thermal baths, the only casino close to Paris, a racecourse, a blended architecture with very nice examples of art deco and art nouveau. The city is well known for Mistinguett and Amélie Poulain.
I decided to create tours to show my marvellous city, an original breath of fresh air close to Paris. I lived one year in the USA and 6 months in Australia, so I'm fluent in English and also in Spanish since my wife is Peruvian. I'm a fan of history, I like to meet people from everywhere and help them to have a nice time discovering my beloved city.

Such a wonderful experience. Getting out of the hubbub of Paris and heading to a short train ride from Gare du Nord. Michael was very entertaining and very knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects. The village is very pretty and the pace of the tour was just right. If you have any interest in history, architecture, politics or culture, you’ve come to the right place. Michael’s enthusiasm is infectious by nature and you don’t want the tour to end.
