The tour was great. Charin told us a lot of interesting things, there wasn't too much information, just the right amount. If you had any questions, you could ask them at any time. Great tour, tour guide very informative on the history of Chiang Mai and Buddhism. Involves some interesting stops and some temples you wouldn’t see if you were walking round yourself. Guide also mindful of walking in the shade to help keep out of the hot sun and checking in for drink stops. Would highly recommend!
I loved his insights in the temples, buddhism and how it's is connected to thai culture. Since he is a former monk he could answer many questions and taught us the correct behavior in a temple and how we (non budist) could participate.
