Visita Catania con un políglota británico Hola, mi nombre es Natalie Maria Facenna, soy hablante nativa de inglés del Reino Unido de origen italiano y vivo en Italia desde hace 16 años. Me convertí en guía turístico oficial autorizado en 2017 en la ciudad de Palermo, donde viví durante 9 años y luego me mudé a Catania, donde vivo actualmente. Me gradué de la Universidad de Glasgow en Estudios Hispánicos y soy políglota (italiano, español, portugués brasileño, catalán). También realicé un Máster en Gestión Turística en la Universidad de Milán y he estudiado en España y Brasil. Soy experta en cultura y mis especialidades son la época barroca, el turismo religioso, esotérico y de tradición popular. Natalie was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly and approachable. This combination led to a perfect tour for us. Her passion for her craft was always evident, and it was clear she was not simply “going through the motions “. Furthermore, her knowledge of even the smallest details at each stop was beyond impressive. I would highly recommend Natalie for a wonderful tour of Catania, or anywhere else!
Not a typical just history of the place tour. Natalia adds interesting details that are surprising and at times funny. Really apreciated it was covering the different powers at play that shaped today's Catania. Natalia is very energetic and fun guide, she answered all my questions and we had interesting discussions.

I had a great time with Natalie. She showed me many churches in Catania and explained the backgrounds behind the pictures. Very interesting.
The guide said she will be at the meeting point with blue umbrella. I couldn’t find her because her umbrella was… folded and stuck in her back. When I politely pointed it out she unleashed on me. I’m on vacation and don’t need to put up with an attitude first thing in the morning. I decided to abort. There was only one other person anyway ( for a reason!)
