Salve,mi chiamo Natalie Maria Facenna,sono di madrelingua inglese dal Regno Unito e sono di origine italiana,vivo in Italia da 16 anni.Sono diventata guida turistica abilitata a Palermo nel 2017 dove ho vissuto per 9 anni e successivamente mi sono trasferita a Catania dove abito attualmente.Mi sono laureata dall'Universita' di Glasgow in Studi Ispanici e sono poliglotta(l'italiano,lo spagnolo,il portoghese brasiliano ed il catalano).Ho fatto un Master Post Laurea in Tourism Management a Milan e ho anche studiato in Spagna e in Brasile. Sono esperta culturale e mie specialita' sono il barocco,turismo religioiso,l'esoterico e le tradizioni popolari.Sono in grado di adattare il tour alle richieste del cliente e di rendere l'esperienza indimenticabile.

The tour provides insight into the "why" behind what is visible. The culture, beliefs and customs behind what is obvious, dates and other facts. Natalie, being a non-sicilian born provides an insight into the society gained by years of experience and exposure. She leads small groups which allows better interaction.
Amazing tour! True to its name, “Baroque, Esoteric and Astrological Catania” is packed with fascinating and surprising insights. I would never have noticed the intricate details Natalie pointed out in the sculptures, statues, and architectural features I had walked past every day. The route includes places I wouldn’t have thought to explore on my own, adding an extra layer of discovery to the experience. I also took Natalie up on her recommendations for other tours — a testament to how engaging and knowledgeable she is. Highly recommended!
