Richard es un guía turístico londinense con amplia experiencia, con más de dos décadas de experiencia en el sector. Comenzó su carrera en el Palacio de Hampton Court y posteriormente trabajó como guía turístico en Toot Tours y City Cruises, antes de trabajar como director de guías en los autobuses turísticos de Golden Tours. Su trayectoria lo ha llevado a trabajar en muchas de las principales atracciones de Londres, como el Warner Brothers Studio Tour (donde se hizo Harry Potter), la Exposición del Tower Bridge, el Museo de Cine de Londres, Wembley, el Chelsea FC, los tours por los estadios de Londres e incluso el propio Palacio de Buckingham. Actualmente, Richard organiza diversos free tours independientes para grupos pequeños por Londres a través de Guruwalks. Utiliza su gran pasión por su ciudad natal y su profundo conocimiento, especialmente de la realeza, para dar vida a Londres a miles de visitantes satisfechos cada año. Richard was the perfect tour guide. Knowledgeable, patient with kids on tour, got to see all the good stuff up close. Nothing was any trouble to him.

All in all was a brilliant route. Loved been up close. Such a memorable experience. Will not forget it. I did think Richard was rude and arrogant at times and made inappropriate comments about members of the group behind there back a few times for example saying does the Americans have any more daft questions for me. A little uncalled for and not very professional by any means. So my tip to you would be to change your attitude for any future tours and not call anyone behind there back, if nothing nice to say then say nothing at all. Many thanks for taking me on the tour though much appreciated.
