Richard è una guida turistica di Londra con una vasta esperienza, avendo lavorato nel settore per oltre due decenni. Ha iniziato la sua carriera presso Hampton Court Palace e ha continuato a diventare guida turistica sia con Toot Tours che con City Cruises prima di un periodo come responsabile delle guide con gli autobus hop on hop off di Golden Tours. La sua carriera lo ha visto lavorare in molte delle principali attrazioni di Londra, tra cui il Warner Brothers Studio Tour (la realizzazione di Harry Potter), la Tower Bridge Exhibition, il London Film Museum, Wembley, il Chelsea FC e il London Stadium Tours e persino lo stesso Buckingham Palace. Richard attualmente gestisce una varietà di free walking tour indipendenti per piccoli gruppi in tutta Londra tramite Guruwalks, usando la sua vasta passione per la sua città natale e la sua profonda conoscenza in particolare di tutto ciò che è reale, per dare vita a Londra per migliaia di visitatori felici ogni anno e non vede l'ora di darti il benvenuto come parte dei suoi tour.
