Giacomo is THE best. He is such a storyteller that I enjoyed every second of the tour. I learned so much about hidden places and stories in Florence even when I lived there for a while. I think the only weakness is the short time. I'd have loved to explore more places and stories.
Michele was extremely informative, while being at the same time engaging and interactive, mentioning important aspects of the history of the city and its buildings. A great storyteller! I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour if you want to explore Florence more extensively.
