Excellent tour and guide. Previously visited this favella in 2016 on a tour and that was nowhere near as good - that was sightseeing, this was insight. Luiz is born and bred in Rocinha and tells you as it is; he answers any questions with clear honesty. 100% recommended. Thanks Luiz!

i thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Luiz! The route takes you from the top of the favela through tiny alleyways and big streets down the favela, there is no way you can orient yourself within this maze, but doing it with a guide felt seamless… Luiz was very knowledgeable and after the tour I felt like I understood and experienced favela structure a little bit more, thank you, Luiz!
