Fuimos con una amiga y nos encantó el tour. Luiz es una persona tranquila y muy agradable que nos hizo ver de otra forma la fabela donde creció. Nos sentimos seguras en todo momento. El tour es a pie pero se hace des de la cima de la favela hasta abajo, por lo que no es nada cansado. Hay que ir bien calzado y se anula en días de lluvia porque se inundan las calles.

Luiz was an authentic, friendly and well informed guide. We felt completely safe and had a great time. Luiz showed us his neighbourhood and gave us loads of information about the history of this community. We can highly recommend this tour and Luiz as a guide.

Our tour with Luiz was excellent. He told us lots about the community and how things work there. Hes from Rocinha and so can answer every question in depth. He looks after the group, making sure everyone understands and has chances to ask questions, and we felt totally safe walking around with him. Highly recommend
