Hola, soy Jeries Haddad. Soy profesor de francés y guía turístico. Nací y crecí en Ramallah, Palestina, donde he pasado 28 años inmerso en la vibrante cultura y la rica historia de esta hermosa ciudad. Me enorgullece formar parte del "Right To Movement Running Team", una iniciativa dedicada a promover y fomentar el running como deporte en las calles de Ramallah. Organizamos sesiones semanales de running y entrenamientos para los residentes, con el objetivo de fomentar la comunidad, la salud y el amor por el deporte. Mi pasión por los idiomas siempre ha sido un motor en mi vida. Esto me llevó a estudiar francés y a convertirme en profesor de idiomas. Desde entonces, he organizado eventos de intercambio de idiomas, una oportunidad increíble para conectar con personas de diversas culturas y orígenes. Estos intercambios nos permiten aprender unos de otros y construir puentes a través del idioma y la comprensión. Más allá de mi pasión por los deportes y los idiomas, siento un profundo amor por la historia y el patrimonio cultural palestinos. Disfruto mostrando Ramallah a los visitantes, compartiendo sus historias, lugares emblemáticos y tradiciones. Para mí, guiar a viajeros no se trata solo de enseñarles sobre la ciudad, sino de ver Ramala a través de sus ojos y ayudarlos a experimentar su verdadera belleza. A través de mis tours, busco compartir las historias, la historia y la calidez de Ramala con viajeros de todo el mundo. Espero darles la bienvenida y mostrarles el corazón de Palestina a través de mis ojos.
I had a great experience on the Ramallah tour with Jeries. He gave the entire tour in French, which I really appreciated, and his knowledge of the city’s history, culture, and daily life was impressive. He was engaging, professional, and made the visit both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommended, especially for French speakers!
Jeries was amazing! His love for the city and knowledge of Ramallah’s deep history and culture made our tour so much more informational than we expected. He took us to so many amazing spots that only a local could deep dive the importance of. Other than the informational provided, Jeries himself was very kind, energetic and funny - which made the tour 10x better! Even if this is your first or 10th time in Ramallah, Jeries will be able to take you around and show you something you haven’t seen before - I highly recommend. We will definitely be back and will be using Jeries for tours of this beautiful city in the future!
Wow. Jeries was the most amazing tour guide. He is so kind, so intelligent, and he was so great to us. We walked around Ramallah and he taught us about the history and culture, while also seamlessly using three different languages as we went along. The highlight for us was the walking tour itself and Dar Zahran. It was an amazing experience, like stepping into the past with so much to see and learn about the history of Palestine. I’ve used other walking tour services before but this has been by far the best. Jeries went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and also gave us amazing suggestions for things to do in the city. Highly recommend!! This was the best way to see and learn about Ramallah, thank you Jeries!
