Hallo, ich bin Jeries Haddad. Ich bin Französischlehrerin und Reiseleiterin. Ich bin in Ramallah, Palästina, geboren und aufgewachsen und habe dort 28 Jahre meines Lebens in die lebendige Kultur und reiche Geschichte dieser wunderschönen Stadt eingetaucht. Ich bin stolz, Teil des „Right To Movement Running Teams“ zu sein, einer Initiative, die das Laufen als Sport in den Straßen von Ramallah fördert und unterstützt. Wir organisieren wöchentliche Lauf- und Trainingseinheiten für Einheimische, um Gemeinschaft, Gesundheit und die Liebe zum Sport zu fördern. Meine Leidenschaft für Sprachen war schon immer eine treibende Kraft in meinem Leben. Das brachte mich dazu, Französisch zu studieren und Sprachlehrerin zu werden. Seitdem organisiere ich Sprachaustauschveranstaltungen – eine großartige Gelegenheit, Menschen unterschiedlicher Kulturen und Hintergründe kennenzulernen. Dieser Austausch ermöglicht es uns, voneinander zu lernen und durch Sprache und Verständnis Brücken zu bauen. Neben meiner Leidenschaft für Sport und Sprachen verbindet mich die palästinensische Geschichte und das kulturelle Erbe. Ich zeige Besuchern gerne Ramallah und teile seine Geschichten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Traditionen. Für mich bedeutet Reisen nicht nur, ihnen die Stadt näherzubringen – es geht mir auch darum, Ramallah mit ihren Augen zu sehen und ihnen zu helfen, seine wahre Schönheit zu erleben. Mit meinen Touren möchte ich die Geschichten, die Geschichte und die Wärme Ramallahs mit Reisenden aus aller Welt teilen. Ich freue mich darauf, Sie willkommen zu heißen und Ihnen das Herz Palästinas durch meine Augen zu zeigen.
I had a great experience on the Ramallah tour with Jeries. He gave the entire tour in French, which I really appreciated, and his knowledge of the city’s history, culture, and daily life was impressive. He was engaging, professional, and made the visit both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommended, especially for French speakers!
Jeries was amazing! His love for the city and knowledge of Ramallah’s deep history and culture made our tour so much more informational than we expected. He took us to so many amazing spots that only a local could deep dive the importance of. Other than the informational provided, Jeries himself was very kind, energetic and funny - which made the tour 10x better! Even if this is your first or 10th time in Ramallah, Jeries will be able to take you around and show you something you haven’t seen before - I highly recommend. We will definitely be back and will be using Jeries for tours of this beautiful city in the future!
Wow. Jeries was the most amazing tour guide. He is so kind, so intelligent, and he was so great to us. We walked around Ramallah and he taught us about the history and culture, while also seamlessly using three different languages as we went along. The highlight for us was the walking tour itself and Dar Zahran. It was an amazing experience, like stepping into the past with so much to see and learn about the history of Palestine. I’ve used other walking tour services before but this has been by far the best. Jeries went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and also gave us amazing suggestions for things to do in the city. Highly recommend!! This was the best way to see and learn about Ramallah, thank you Jeries!
