Ciao, sono Jeries Haddad. Sono un insegnante di francese e una guida turistica. Sono nato e cresciuto a Ramallah, in Palestina, dove ho trascorso tutti i 28 anni della mia vita immerso nella vivace cultura e nella ricca storia di questa splendida città. Sono orgoglioso di far parte del "Right To Movement Running Team", un'iniziativa dedicata a promuovere e incoraggiare la corsa come sport per le strade di Ramallah. Organizziamo sessioni di corsa e allenamenti settimanali per la gente del posto, con l'obiettivo di promuovere il senso di comunità, la salute e l'amore per lo sport. La mia passione per le lingue è sempre stata una forza trainante nella mia vita. Questo mi ha portato a studiare francese e a diventare insegnante di lingue. Da allora, organizzo eventi di scambio linguistico, un'incredibile opportunità per entrare in contatto con persone di culture e background diversi. Questi scambi ci permettono di imparare gli uni dagli altri e di costruire ponti attraverso la lingua e la comprensione. Oltre alle mie passioni per lo sport e le lingue, nutro un profondo amore per la storia e il patrimonio culturale palestinese. Mi piace mostrare Ramallah ai visitatori, condividendone storie, monumenti e tradizioni. Per me, guidare i viaggiatori non significa solo insegnare loro qualcosa sulla città, ma anche vedere Ramallah attraverso i loro occhi e aiutarli a viverne la vera bellezza. Attraverso i miei tour, il mio obiettivo è condividere le storie, la storia e il calore di Ramallah con viaggiatori da tutto il mondo. Non vedo l'ora di darvi il benvenuto e mostrarvi il cuore della Palestina attraverso i miei occhi.
I had a great experience on the Ramallah tour with Jeries. He gave the entire tour in French, which I really appreciated, and his knowledge of the city’s history, culture, and daily life was impressive. He was engaging, professional, and made the visit both informative and enjoyable. Highly recommended, especially for French speakers!
Jeries was amazing! His love for the city and knowledge of Ramallah’s deep history and culture made our tour so much more informational than we expected. He took us to so many amazing spots that only a local could deep dive the importance of. Other than the informational provided, Jeries himself was very kind, energetic and funny - which made the tour 10x better! Even if this is your first or 10th time in Ramallah, Jeries will be able to take you around and show you something you haven’t seen before - I highly recommend. We will definitely be back and will be using Jeries for tours of this beautiful city in the future!
Wow. Jeries was the most amazing tour guide. He is so kind, so intelligent, and he was so great to us. We walked around Ramallah and he taught us about the history and culture, while also seamlessly using three different languages as we went along. The highlight for us was the walking tour itself and Dar Zahran. It was an amazing experience, like stepping into the past with so much to see and learn about the history of Palestine. I’ve used other walking tour services before but this has been by far the best. Jeries went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and also gave us amazing suggestions for things to do in the city. Highly recommend!! This was the best way to see and learn about Ramallah, thank you Jeries!
