Me llamo Mulondo Bimbasa y vivo en Jinja, Uganda, un lugar que adoro por su vibrante cultura, su gente amable y la belleza del río Nilo. Me apasiona el trabajo comunitario, el intercambio cultural y crear conexiones significativas con personas de todo el mundo. Viajar es una de mis mayores inspiraciones; disfruto explorando nuevas culturas, aprendiendo diferentes estilos de vida y compartiendo mis propias experiencias. Cada viaje me ha dejado recuerdos y lecciones que forjan mi identidad actual. También cursé una licenciatura en Turismo y Hostelería en el Instituto de Formación Hotelera y Turística de Jinja, con cuatro años de experiencia en el sector y he visitado numerosos lugares de la ciudad.
The guide, Alex, was a really friendly person. The content of the tour however should be improved. We would have loved to get information about the history of the city but unfortunately Alex told us nothing about it. Another interesting aspect would have been local food, festivals, drinks, traditions, as well as some facts about economy, social and political life. A positive example was the guide of the museum that we visited during the tour: He showed us physically how to play ugandan "chess" and he recommended a place for a local brewed drink as well as local food for afordable prices. Alex however often told us obvious things. For example when we passed a petrol station he told us that this is a petrol station. Moreover, the length of the tour should not be extended to much. After more than three hours we had to tell Alex that we would like to end the tour otherwise the tour would still have continued.
