Really great tour with Manish! He was so sweet, thoughtful, helpful and informative. He adapted to what we had already seen and gave us a lot of detailed information. It was really nice to walk in the locally populated areas of Udaipur and to see the different artisans. Really recommend!

Highly recommend Prince! As a solo traveler, I appreciated his deep historical knowledge and his ability to navigate tricky local routes. Great Walking Tour Prince is very knowledgable We enjoyed the afternoon very much, learnt a lot about the culture and saw great places - even a real hidden gem, as we asked him where to get nice drawings from Thanks again, Prince!!!

Manish was very friendly and took me to the residential streets which I wouldn't have known about on my own. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Prince was amazing, He showed me all the things that could not be able to see on my own, in the city, he is such a passionate on his work and he really love helping foreigners as I saw the passion in his eyes, i would highly highly highly recommend him for any travelers who Visit Udaipur.

Die Tour mit Manish war super. Obwohl ich die einzige Teilnehmerin war, hat Manish die Tour wunderbar durchgeführt. Ich habe viele interessante Orte entdecken können, die ich ohne ihn nicht gefunden hätte und die das offizielle bekannte Touristikprogramm sehr gut mit lokalem Flair erweitert haben. Manish war sehr offen, freundlich und professionell und konnte in bestem gut verständlichem Englisch viele interessante Informationen zu den unterschiedlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Vierteln der Stadt weitergeben. Ich konnte jederzeit Fragen stellen, die er umfassend beantwortet hat. Besonders gut hat mir auch gefallen, dass er unterwegs lokale Snacks zum Probieren gekauft hat und für eine schöne Pause mit Chai Tee und angeregten Gesprächen gemacht haben. alles in allem ist Manish ein toller Guide, der nicht nur an seinen vorbereiteten Informationen interessiert ist, sondern auch daran, mit seinen Gästen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Ich kann ihm also nur wünschen, dass noch viele Touristen diese wunderbare Tour genießen können.

We had an amazing morning exploring the streets of Udaipur with Manish! He is an incredible tour guide: knowledgeable, friendly and very patient (especially with people like us who stopped every two steps to take pictures — haha!). One of the things we loved most was how natural the whole experience felt. Manish didn't just show us Udaipur, we talked about daily life in the city, and even discussed local traditions in both India and Europe. It was like talking to someone you know for long. He walked us through beautiful hidden streets, introduced us to local sellers and craftsmen, and always gave us as much time as we needed to enjoy each and every corner. It was definitely a tour to remember one of the highlights of our time in Udaipur. Thank you very much, Manish!

I had a fantastic experience on Manish’s walking tour of the non-touristic parts of Udaipur’s old city. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely passionate about sharing his knowledge. It felt like exploring the city with a local friend rather than being on a typical tour. Manish’s insight into Udaipur and Rajasthan added so much depth to the experience, and he took me to places I would never have discovered on my own. He also gave some great recommendations that really enhanced the rest of my time in the city. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking to see a more authentic side of Udaipur.

If you’re in Udaipur, don’t look any further — this is the best tour you can do. In fact, it’s probably one of the best tours we’ve done in all of India. Manish is an incredible person. He is always smiling and has a very calming, peaceful energy in everything he does. You can truly tell he loves his job, and that’s always a great sign. Almost every shop we passed told us, “Oh, you’re with Manish? He’s a very good guide and a very good person.” And we can completely confirm that. He never rushed us at all and had so much patience. We ended up talking a lot, and what was supposed to be a two-hour tour turned into almost three and a half hours! But we had such a great time, sharing stories and learning about each other’s cultures. What makes his tour really special is that he doesn’t take you through the typical tourist areas. Instead, you walk through local neighborhoods, which makes you feel like you’re truly experiencing the city as a local. It’s also the perfect mix of walking, taking breaks for a delicious chai, and trying street food at places where you know the hygiene is good and the food is safe to eat. He also gives you plenty of time to take photos, enjoy the atmosphere, and really soak in the culture and the moment. Honestly, it has been one of the best — if not the best — tours we’ve done in India. The variety, the cultural insights, and the amount of knowledge Manish shares are incredible. He answered every question we had. On top of that, he makes lots of jokes and is a very funny and dedicated guide. So don’t think twice — book the tour with Manish. You won’t regret it!

Prince (ja echter Name) ist ein netter Tourguide der einen durch die Altstadtgassen in Udaipur führt und dabei auch die ein oder andere Gasse benutzt die andere Touristen verpassen würden. Trotzdem sind wir an allen relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbeigekommen und ich habe auf Nachfrage auch sehr viele Infos bekommen über die Stadt, ihre Kultur und Geschichte. Prince kann auch auf Nachfrage sogut wie alles organisieren hier in Udaipur, also auch ein guter Kontakt für mehrere Tage.

Jay was a great guide! He walked us around Udaipur and gave us an interesting history of the city, the temples, and religion. He answered all of our questions and recommended some great movies and books so we could learn more about what we were most interested in. Would highly recommend

I highly recommend this tour of Udaipur with Manish. It was definitely a highlight of our trip to India. We visited local areas we wouldn’t know to visit, and Manish was a fantastic tour guide - really interesting and knowledgeable and every turn of the walk had something fascinating to see and experience. We have done quite a few tours and walks in India now, but this one with Manish was by far the best.

The tour with Manish was very good. After visiting the temple we walked through the the residential part of old town. Afterwards we visited the produce market and the spice market. He shared many interesting facts about Udaipur, its culture and traditions. He also bought us snacks and masala chai. Highly recommended!

We’ve done Guru Walks in other countries and they never disappoint - today’s was just brilliant! Manesh explained what we were going to do then we did it - he answered questions; told stories and explained the history of Udaipur and its architecture. We met Udaipur people whose skills in demonstrating and manufacturing pottery, metal work, foodstuffs were exceptional. Manesh took care of them and us so we didn’t have any pressure to tip or buy. In fact he bought us masala tea and crisps! The pace was just right, lots of variety - we loved the vegetable market and we learnt a huge amount about real people, customs and culture. Manesh didn’t disappoint; insightful, patient, funny and a great guide! We highly recommended him - thanks Manesh
