ESTAFA. El tour de Oxford. Cuando llega la hora , si ven que no se ha apuntado mucha gente pues te dicen que no sale. Te dejan plantada y les da igual que hayas dejado de hacer cosas para estar a esa hora allí o no. Solo te dicen que lo sienten. Y he leído más comentarios sobre este tema. Así que yo no perdería el tiempo en hacerlo.

As we explained very clearly yesterday to you and the other customers, the reason the tour was not running was because the guide's 1-year-old daughter had fallen down the stairs and had to go to hospital. I apologised profusely and was glad to see that the other customers were understanding of the situation. We're all disappointed that you feel hard done by, and I apologise for you having your time wasted.
