William was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions! Really enjoyed going inside the pagoda and the temple of literature. Only thing for improvement is that I wish the tour had more stops that were closer together

Great tour for your first couple days in Hanoi. Can’t believe it was free! Tommy was a great guide and answered all our questions. He showed us the ropes of navigating the busy roads and was so knowledgeable. Even bought some donuts and fruit. 10/10!
