Not your typical tour. This is non commercial not touristy with long walks from the city to the village to the plantation. If you are not a nature or cultural person this is not for you. Visit is very authentic.
Wir hatten eine wirklich ganz wunderbare Free Walking Tour – und das vor allem dank unseres großartigen Guides Hans! 😊 Hans hat nicht nur sehr gutes Deutsch gesprochen, sondern uns auch mit viel Herz und Begeisterung durch die Tour geführt. Er hat uns spannende Orte gezeigt, die wir alleine vermutlich nie entdeckt hätten, und sich immer Zeit genommen, all unsere Fragen zu Vietnam und zur Kultur ausführlich und verständlich zu beantworten. Man hat gemerkt, wie viel Leidenschaft er für seine Arbeit und sein Land hat – das hat die Tour für uns zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Highly recommend this walking tour for those arriving to Hanoi! Our guide Tommy was EXCELLENT in sharing the history, stories and recommendations in the area. I appreciate his effervescent demeanor as we were jetlagged from arriving the night before 😅 but by the end our energy was lifted and felt like we were hanging out with a good friend! Thankful for all the information and helping us get grounded on Day 1!
