My name is Maria. I was born in Valencia, I discovered yoga in the UK, and since then I have not stopped practicing and training. I am a teacher in Valencia. My determination and commitment to Yoga has led me to experience both physical and mental transformation. Creating through the corporal experience opportunities to touch more subtle levels and to recognize oneself in them. I really like meeting new people, sharing wisdom, experiences and language. Maria Is a good yin yoga Teacher and she Made for me a yoga class. She was very patient and Could talk to me in Englisch and in spanisch. She also helped me to breathe right and get well in the positions. Also the place - close to the hemispheric was well elected. I really liked it and would like to do another yoga class with Maria.
