My friend and I arrived 20 minutes early and waited but guide didn't show or reply to my message. To improve the site, the guides cell phone number should be given as well as a clear picture of him/her. Very disappointing for my overseas friend.
Reserve con un día de antelación, llegue 15 minutos antes y estuve esperando 15 minutos más, no se presentó. Es una pena, tampoco respondió a mis mensajes.
Reservé el mismo tour dos veces, la primera vez llegué al punto de encuentro 5 minutos tarde y no encontré al guía. busqué la primera parada y no encontré ningún grupo. Previamente escribí un mensaje avisando que llegaría 5 minutos tarde. Decidí reservar para el siguiente horario y esta vez estuve 15 minutos antes en el punto de encuentro y esperé otros 15 minutos y nuestro guía nunca apareció y tampoco se contactó conmigo.
