William allayed our concerns about the numerous stairs that we heard about on the tour’s when we contacted him about the stairs. He told us not to worry and that he’d take of us. He did by helping us carry our toddler’s stroller-with our toddler in it.This allowed us to enjoy his explanations of the historical sites and his many humorous and thoughtful anecdotes.
