Hello and welcome! My name is Aiguerim (it’s like “I” + “green”, with an “m” instead of “n” at the end 😉), but you can call me Amy! 🙋‍♀️‍ I’m a certified guide in Almaty, the "Southern capital" of Kazakhstan, also called the City of Apples🍎 I did some work in journalism, then I taught English as a tutor and also taught Russian to foreigners:) I enjoy many things like cooking, hiking, singing, travelling, and languages — apart from English, I learned Spanish - el español, la lengua más linda!☺️ I’ve been to 11 countries and I’m planning to visit more! I’d be happy to show you my beautiful city! Although I was born in the north of Kazakhstan, I’ve been living in Almaty for 17 years, and I truly love it! I think Almaty is very special: a place where nomadic, imperial, Soviet and post‑independence heritages meet, making it a truly unique blend! Join my walking tour to discover the city!
