Mein Name ist Aiguerim (sprich: „I“ + „grün“, nur mit einem „m“ statt „n“ am Ende 😉), aber du kannst mich Amy nennen! 🙋♀️ Ich bin zertifizierte Stadtführerin in Almaty, der südlichen Hauptstadt Kasachstans, auch bekannt als Apfelstadt 🍎. Ich habe zunächst im Journalismus gearbeitet, dann Englisch als Nachhilfelehrerin unterrichtet und auch Russisch für Ausländer gegeben. Ich koche, wandere, singe, reise und liebe Sprachen – neben Englisch habe ich auch Spanisch gelernt – el español, la lengua más linda! ☺️ Ich habe bereits elf Länder bereist und plane, noch weitere zu besuchen! We’ve taken many GuruWalk tours around the world, and this was truly one of the best. She is incredible—so passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about sharing her city and culture. You can tell how much she loves what she does. If you’re in Almaty, this tour is an absolute must!
Aiguerim provided an extensive tour of Almaty, around 4 hours, I actually think it was more! It was a pleasure listening to her, as her speaking and presentation style is very easy to follow and she provided a good balance between the history of Kazakhstan, cultural activity (trying and explaining things in the green bazar), pointing out main buildings and statues and their purpose, plus some personal anecdotes. I would definitely recommend a walking tour with Aiguerim.
Aiguerim trasmite. Comunica muy bien, con sentido del humor aunque sean 4 horas no se hace nada pesado el tour. Es dinámica y divertida. La recomiendo sin dudarlo.
Aiguerim has such nice hospitality towards tourists and she is very happy to help you taking nice pictures with beautiful views around the downtown. Highly recommend for first timers in Almaty.
