Per pagarmi gli studi universitari, ho dovuto lavorare in diversi ristoranti messicani. So preparare ogni piatto tradizionale messicano: chile nogada, chalupas, mole poblano, tacos árabes, cemitas. E allo stesso tempo, ho imparato la loro storia e le origini di ognuno di questi piatti. Se c'è una cosa che so, è il cibo e la storia messicani.
This is a fantastic walking tour. It lasted 6 hours because we spent a lot of time to tour the cathedral, library, Rosary chapel, and convent. Edgar was an excellent guide teaching about Puebla’s history, culture and legends. At the end, we went to his favorite restaurant to taste mole. I loved this tour. Thank you Edgar!
Edgar was an incredible guide, he went out of his way to accommodate us. Very knowledgeable. The tour was educational,informative and fun.
To my surprise I was the only one who signed up and Edgar spent as much time as I was able to walk 🙂 Good introduction to the city and foods that originated in Puebla!
This tour is comprehensive and informative! I love learning the history of a city through the eyes of a local. Edgar will condense the tour upon request but I wanted to see it all. We tried snacks, candies and cider. It was a wonderful day exploring Puebla.
