This tour is comprehensive and informative! I love learning the history of a city through the eyes of a local. Edgar will condense the tour upon request but I wanted to see it all. We tried snacks, candies and cider. It was a wonderful day exploring Puebla.
A very delightful tour and tour guide. A great mix of history and info about local cuisine. We went to all the places in the itinerary and Edgar explained the meaning and relevance...all important as all the location guides didn't speak English, and the signs were mainly in Spanish. Great attitude and gave a few secrets on how convents played a role in gastronomy. He also took us to a few local places where it was safe to eat. Definitely recommend if you are in Puebla and love to find out about evolution of locale food.
