We would like to kindly clarify a few points for future guests. Our motorbike tours typically require a minimum number of participants to operate. In this case, as there were only two guests, we offered the option to run the tour privately without any additional charge beyond the standard group rate for motorbike, driver, and operational costs. Food and drinks are not included in this experience and are paid for based on personal choice—this was clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to the tour. Regarding the guiding experience, our team is trained to share both cultural and historical insights. During the tour, we followed the planned itinerary, used visual materials to support storytelling, and included additional hidden locations that are unique to this experience. We also did our best to engage and share throughout the tour; however, it seemed there may have been a difference in expectations or communication style, which can sometimes affect how the experience is received. We always strive to create engaging and enjoyable tours for every guest, and we’re sorry that this experience did not align with your expectations.
